Silence and Self
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Silence and Self has been created under The Safe Space project as a gentle way to support silence practice and workshop participation. This page explains what information may be collected, why it may be needed, and how it should be treated.
Your personal details, reflections, handwritten notes, and practice history are not meant to become noise, promotion, or public content unless you clearly choose to share something publicly.
We may collect basic profile details such as name, age, gender, city, phone or WhatsApp number, workshop interest, participation level, practice sessions, reflections, scanned handwritten notes, community submissions, and app usage information.
We use this information to help you save your practice rhythm, keep reflections and notes in your profile, respond to workshop enquiries, understand city-wise interest, improve the app, and maintain a respectful community space.
Your private reflections and scanned handwritten notes are meant for your own profile. They should not be published unless you deliberately submit something for community sharing.
If community sharing is enabled, posts submitted by logged-in users will be review-based before appearing publicly, so the space remains calm, respectful, and aligned.
If you choose to enquire through WhatsApp, your message and phone number will be handled through WhatsApp and used to respond to your workshop-related request.
Silence and Self is not a medical practice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or replacement for professional care. It is a silence practice and workshop support program.
You may request deletion of your app profile data, reflections, scanned notes, or community submissions by contacting us at neerajgabaconnects@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98676 88750.
